At Naturium, we are committed to your skin's health and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to download and print at your convenience.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the products in their original packaging or a sturdy box, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
